Christmas Eve 2018

Standard

For the first time in my life in America I attended church service on Christmas Eve because I wanted to acknowledge my spiritual experience and be true to it. It was a beautiful ceremony and especially in the end when everyone lit their candles and sang the slight night holy night.

Interfaith Church Service

Standard

I never felt more accepted America.

What I enjoyed and was moved by were the words —- “celebration of our spirit.”

That was crystal clear in their welcome, the music, the prayer and the meditation.

Want to hear a powerful quote from the revered of Interfaith church?

You have to say it to yourself America.

“I create my future growing through dark night while anchored in the eternal truths of God.”

I used my Iron pen and vicariously wrote few more quotes and meditated on them when I arrived home.

Information I found intriguing in Christian holy books!

The information I found interesting in this book: The Five Books of Moses, Genesis, Exodus, Leviticus, Numbers, and Deuteronomy.

2:5 seir: Gen33:I4-16

Where “seir” as mentioned as the home of esvar.  Hindus have a similar reference to Vishnu.

Pg. 1010

“He dwells securely upon him: Avishnur brings an iconographic parallel from egypt where a god in the guise of a hawk sits upon the shoulder or back of the one to be protected.” This sounds much like a Hindu God Vishnu without any coincidence, and much like the image below. And word avishnur is very close to vishnu or vishnur which is how is used or said in sanskrit prayers.

Jewish Hindu tradition vishnu2.3(4)

Is this the image America?

32:I-6

Here is another bit of information that was interesting as well as a Hindu and knowing Hindu values. “Some scholars have south to soften, the sin of the calf by claiming that the Israelities  did not view it as a idol but rather merely as a representation of the divine.”

Hindus also value or see the cow and calf as a divine representation.

Church Service #1 Redrock

The entire bible being based on the miracle of Jesus were the words he began with. The Words of the pastor Jamie Woods, the one who gave me this bible.

Where do I start America?

Do I start with the way they received me without a difference.

The way he preached about the Miracle of Christ that was intriguing to this Hindu.

The way people sang in choir.

The way people spoke and expressed gratitude for the activities happening in their small community.

The way, the hellos were said and received.

I have never seen a service that was this sweet.

Jesus the Saviour

Standard

I have never experienced a soul so pure and perfect.  How far do these words stretch? —-“Take heart, son; your sins are forgiven.” Pg. 537. New testament International version.

I would be lying to myself if I deny Jesus and religion that I also experienced. Again, I have these extraordinary experiences that I cannot explain to anyone. I have never experienced a God so pure and perfect.  His body was so pure, it is as if he had the purest blood flowing through his body and knew no sin. I never understood this that is probably why they say he shed the blood. What I felt of the body was unlike rest of us. I believe with my heart and soul that Jesus has power over sin and to take away sin.  And he has the power to heal any soul, even the worst kind of person. Now, how could I know him to be perfect, pure and proven to be just as true as my own Hindu gods?  That is just a part of my life that I have to accept and accept in such a way knowing that I am on my own with experiencing spirit at one point of time in my life (after the loss of my grandfather for a very short period of time). For this reason or my experience, I try to attend a nearby church service during the holiday season. I also love reading books that speak of faith’s teachings, spirit and heaven as well for this reason. I loved reading purpose driven life by Rick Warren and my personal favorites are from a person who grew up Christian but engages people with topics on spirituality, Wayne Dyer.
